As a humanistic psychiatrist specializing in existentialism and neuroscience, and as an award winning performer who has hosted multiple network television shows and acted in big feature films, Reef realized that most coaches, entrepreneurs, personal brand owners and CEO's don't know HOW to express their value in a way that gets their desired audience to emotionally take action, and as such, he founded the business training platform Mad Genius to help business leaders elevate their communication skills to generate more sales, clients, and visibility by learning the art and science of emotional communication.  As a television host, feature film actor and digital content writer, Reef knows how to create powerful content. Dr. Reef has been interviewed by Oprah, Deepak Chopra, Larry King, Anderson Cooper, and many others for his take on the human experience. He’s been on the biggest stages and biggest shows, trained with Oprah’s media trainers, and went to film school for narrative writing and audience engagement strategy.
